Absolutely Fantastic

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The place was perfect, and the landlord was extremely responsive! Between the big backyard, the calm neighborhood, and the nice neighbors, this was a perfect place to stay with my husband and young son.

Carson was one of the best landlords I've ever had. His townhouse is super clean, the furniture is great, the kitchen has new appliances and an amazing sink, and the sun room and back yard are awesome. He also does all the yard work. I would not have moved so soon unless I had to. I'd recommend this place to my closest friends and family.

Amazing place

I moved here in November to take a collegiate head coaching position. I moved all the way from the Midwest and needed a place that was not only close to my university, but could accommodate when my daughter came out to visit. Carson and Hannah are the best landlords they made sure I always had anything I needed. The place is well furnished, which was definitely helpful as I had to start working right away and haven't had time to move all of my stuff out here yet. It isn't a nice quiet neighborhood that has a huge backyard a beautiful peaceful sunroom/screened in porch. I would continue to stay here for as long as I lived in South Carolina if I didn't have time where I was going to be away for months at a time. Again I can't say enough about how clean and beautiful and cozy this property is. 10 out of 10.

Great Rental

I had the pleasure of staying at this rental for three months earlier this year, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is idealjust a short distance from downtown Columbia while still nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Its also within walking distance to the scenic river walk, which was a fantastic bonus. The property itself was spotless, well-furnished, and offered exceptional water pressure in the shower, making my stay all the more comfortable. Highly recommend!
