Little Italy/ Bankers Hill

Highly recommend

I stayed at Johns property for six months. He is a fantastic, respectful, and easygoing landlord who fixes any issue right away. He is very mindful of working professionals, keeping the house quiet and peaceful during the week. The location is amazing and close to everything. You are walking distance to Balboa Park, downtown, Little Italy, and the Bay, plus it's 10 -15 minutes from the beach with easy highway access. The house share is very accommodating. You get full kitchen access with everything provided to cook, plus your own dedicated space in the pantry, fridge, and freezer. The bedroom is beautiful with a large picture window for tons of natural light and a private balcony with great views of the bay and downtown. It was really cool to sit outside, watch the planes land, and catch the Padres fireworks. There is also a desk in the room for a dedicated space to study and work. John was a pleasure to have as a landlord and a really cool person. I Highly recommend!

Gorgeous & Great Location

I lived with John for almost 4 months over the summer. The townhouse is gorgeous and he is a great person to live with. There is another flex bedroom which makes for a fun dynamic. The washer dryer in unit is a game changer. I loved watching the planes land and the sunset from the balcony. It was easy to walk to the marina and up to the park. The bus takes you quickly up to Hillcrest and down to downtown. Loved spending the summer here!

Highly recommended!

I and my puppy stayed at Johns for 2 months. We had a wonderful and memorable time here. John and family members (who dont live in the house but sometimes visit) were extremely hospitable and respectful. The room was exactly as advertised, the bed was comfy, the bathroom and the kitchen were very clean, and the view of the airport was a sight I very much enjoyed. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for everyday cooking. Cant beat the location, walking distance to Little Italy and Balboa Park. If it matters, the room has a lock but I never felt the need to lock, as privacy was always respected. Towels are also provided. We communicated well and pretty much shared living styles so there was no problem. Everyone loved my dog which made my experience even more special. Id definitely stay at Johns again! It definitely felt like you are part of the house and not just an Airbnb guest. I appreciate the warmth welcome and hope to see John and Cassandra again!

Relaxing Place

I really enjoyed my time here. Im a college student and new to the area and theres so much to offer! Safe neighborhood, tons of restaurants and parks in walking distance. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom I had was a little small but there is shelf space and space under the sink plus the bedroom is spacious. I would certainly recommend this place for people who enjoy their privacy.

Amazing Stay!

If I could stay longer I definitely would. The house and rooms are very clean and John is very hospitable. Location is great. Lots of restaurants, parks, and cool places to see that are walking distance from the house. Amazing views from the house as well.

Close to Little Italy!

This was a great place to stay! Really close to gaslamp and little Italy, and a short ways to the airport! Amazing food and coffee shops nearby! I would stay here again in a heart beat. Clean, spacious, and easy to get to anywhere in SD
