Great Place

The place was very updated and comfortable. The landlord was always attentive and quick to respond whenever anything was needed. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is perfect for night-shift workers. Any issues that came up were handled promptly by the landlord. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Great stay!

This unit was beautiful and well equipped with the things I needed. It had beautiful afternoon sunlight through the kitchen window and the space was well lit which I loved. The neighborhood was nice with great grocery stores and restaurants in close proximity and I loved walking to the seasonal St. John's farmer's market which was about a 10-15 minute walk away. There wasn't a ton of storage space for my clothes/shoes when I arrived but there was a standalone closet and space in the Murphy bed which I was able to get creative with bins and make it work. If you don't have a ton of stuff you can definitely make it work. Otherwise, the kitchen had a decent amount of storage space. The landlord Dustin was very accommodating and supplied items that I suggested were needed for the unit and the unit was clean upon arrival. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this stay!

Amazing Stay

I stayed at this property for 3 months and it was amazing. It was the perfect size and has everything you need. Dustin was amazing and offered to help in any way he could. Would definitely recommend!
