Sheri is the best! I immediately felt at home, made welcome by Sheri. Her place is neat and tidy without being too precious, y'know what I mean? I spent my contract working from home at her place, and Sheri was completely accommodating, helping get my workspace set up, being quiet in the kitchen as necessary, just totally respectful. I had the added bonus of easy conversations, recommendations for a place to get my car fixed or where to go to the dentist, and an occasional meal. I loved having my own attached bathroom and there's plenty of space for storage. The area is quiet, with a lovely deck and greenspace in the back. The temperature was comfortable inside, and I had window A/C for the heat of summer which was even more appreciated when I was workingnights and sleeping during the day. if I'd gotten a contract extension, I would have been quite happy to stay! Peaceful, quiet condo

I had the privilege of staying with SheriAnn for about 8 months while working as a travel professional in Vancouver. Shes a small business owner that is only home 50% of the time, we only see each other couple times a week. I had more than enough space, the bedroom is huge with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The home is clean, in all spaces. Beautiful kitchen, patio and living space. Washer and dryer in the basement. With keypad entry to the home. The unit is located near grocery stores and restaurants. About 1 mile from both 205 and 5 freeways. I would highly recommend staying here! I was sad to leave at the end of my contract. J
