Do not recommend

I do not recommend this property. Our stay resulted in monetary loss and filing in court against the homeowner. There are cameras 360 which you will not have access to, but the homeowner does. You will not have access to the entire home as the listing alludes. The only barrier between you and the other tenant below is a thin kitchen door and the kitchen light switch controls the below apartments' lights. You can hear and smell everything between units in the living room as there is a floor vent leading to open air on both sides in both units' living areas. We dealt with personal property loss and having to relocate almost immediately due to a rodent infestation. The grass was over 1' tall the day we moved in with trash strewn amongst the backyard. We had to file in court against the homeowner in order to receive our deposit back and he was sure to make it drawn out and difficult.

3 Months in Cbus

This was a great place for me and my small dog to stay during my 3-month contract in Columbus. Very convenient location as it is about 15-20 minutes to OSU and 10-15 minutes to downtown Columbus. Nathan was a great landlord! He communicated with me often and quickly responded to any needs that I had during my stay.

Excellent Stay

Nate was very accommodating and the unit was comfortable. Loved having in unit laundry.
