The Perfect Home Away From Home

My stay here was absolutely amazing! I felt so safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Philip goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome in his home. The house is incredibly clean and well kept. Chloe, his cat, will welcome you too! She was honestly one of the highlights of my stay, and I absolutely loved having her around! You have your own private room and bathroom, plus access to a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and even an air fryer. Theres also fridge and pantry space, and being able to do laundry made starting each week so much easier. The neighborhood feels very safe, with plenty of restaurants and everything you need nearby. Im honestly so sad to leave! If I could stay longer, I absolutely would. Im so happy I chose to stay here and would 100% stay with Philip again. I cant recommend this place enough!

Wonderful stay

I stayed here for 5 weeks only but wish I had spent my entire contract here. My previous rental was unsafe and this was a complete turn around. Very comfortable, clean, plenty of privacy. Safe and reasonable drive to hospitals downtown Ample space for clothes, food in frig and pantry. Had everything needed for cooking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spacious, Peaceful Home, with a Touch of Charm

I stayed here for 6 months and found the space to be very clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe-I used to go on regular 3-mile runs and always felt comfortable. The house itself is quiet with spacious common areas, and it was nice having my own private bathroom. Cleo, the resident black cat, is curious and makes for a sweet little companion around the house. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and quiet home in a nice neighborhood, this is a solid option.
