Great stay for a moving professional
This property was exactly what I needed! Jeffrey has absolutely everything you can think of in this apt, from a cheese grater to a clothing iron. Plenty of linens, cleaning supplies, appliances and kitchenware as well. Theres even a variety of pillows so that you have your pick of a soft vs firm pillow at night. Seriously, there wasnt anything that Jeffrey didnt think of. There were a few hiccups with the neighbors, the building was constantly being renovated while I was there, I had some packages stolen, and the parking ramp next store that everyone recommends is pretty pricey. Not to mention the area directly around the building does not have much to do/doesnt always feel the safest as a 20-something woman. HOWEVER, for the price of the unit + location + amazing landlord + temporary stay, you cant really find anything better. Would recommend.
Best Place I've Rented
I have been a travel therapist for two years, and this has been my favorite property to rent so far. I love the privacy of having an apartment for a reasonable price. The adjacent parking garage was also a bonus, because in the winter when it snows, you don't have to worry about shoveling snow! The building is very quiet, and there are free washers and dryers in the basement! I loved the view of the capitol building. The apartment gets plenty of light from the six huge windows! Finally, I can't say enough about how accommodating Jeffrey the owner was with any questions or issues that arose. It was just big enough for me and had everything I needed as well. I would most certainly rent this apartment again.
