The house is situated in a WWI historic neighborhood, originally built to house the families of workers coming to Bath Iron Works. It is very family friendly, and every single person in this neighborhood lives here. They are extremely kind and there is a nice community feeling. Every time it snows everyone is out shoveling their stairs and walkway. You get used to watching kids come and go from school.

Super cozy home away from home in Bath, Maine. The house has two bedrooms in a historic and family neighborhood. It is easy to talk downtown, it takes 10 minutes and you are right next door to the Bath YMCA. Super sweet den in the back with an electric fireplace to curl up in and a nice front living room. If you're having guests or have kids no problem there is a fun bunk bed set up with a king size bed in the extra bedroom.
