Outstanding Landlord, Home, and Location !!
My wife and I have vacationed in Cape Coral for many years and truly enjoy it's beauty and very convenient location close to Ft Myers, Naples, and a bit further Sarasota and Tampa. This home is located in the most picturesque part of Cape Coral (Southwest quadrant). The neighborhood includes very well kept and beautiful homes. We have found the area to be very quiet and relaxing. The landlords Ken and Kristin are extremely wonderful to work with. There were only two minor issues upon our arrival that they had fixed one day after I reported them. They were also very generous to add a second TV and new recliner in the master BR per my suggestion which adds a additional living area in the house.
