Sammy's Place is an apartment attached to our home. You will have your own covered parking space and a private entrance. We have two firepits and a grill available for your use. We will make our laundry room available to you upon request. We will clean the space midway through a one month rental and every three weeks on longer rentals. We will clean more often for an additional fee.
