A little bit about myself - I am a nurse who trained in South Africa worked in the ER for about 15 years, and then moved to the USA in 2000. I worked as an ER nurse for another 8 years and a PACU nurse for about 9 more years. After I obtained a doctoral degree, I decided to dip my toe into the academic world. I taught graduate nursing at Tarleton State University for 5 years and about 3 year ago decided to semi-retire and teach as an adjunct professor online. The career move created some free time which I filled with real estate investing.
