This Apartment is in a very nice and safe area. The apartment itself is very nice, located in the basement of the building, and stocked with everything needed for the stay. Parking is located in the Alley directly behind the unit. I was only here for 2 nights due to noisy tenants upstairs. Sean was very quick to get me in, however lacked communication thereafter, having to sometimes wait days for a reply. This Unit requires renters insurance. The unit does have a washer and dryer on site but does cost 3$ for each load. I asked Sean if he provided any way to purchase quarters or where to get them and he replied, “ I assume banks have quarters.” I also pointed out some areas upon move it that were dirty, and he brushed off the feedback. Sean seemed to want to get me into the unit asap, but did not want to engage in any problem solving, and doing as little as possible to solve my inquiries.
