Charming, trailside, near downtown and museum 2BR 2 BA apartment

Great place to stay in a fantastic location, close to all the best that Bentonville has to offer.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Dayna was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had a question. The apartment was comfortable, nicely furnished, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated that Dayna made room for my bikes in the laundry room. Having parking right outside the apartment was also very convenient. The property has a lovely outdoor deck overlooking the trails, and the complex is in a peaceful neighborhood right next to schools and trails. The location was great-within walking distance of Airship Coffee and downtown Bentonville, with easy access to everything. I enjoyed walking to the Farmers Market on the weekends. There's so much happening in the area, and I really enjoyed exploring Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Parks system is outside your door

My wife Jennifer and I stayed at Dayna’s apartment from late Dec. 2025 to early Apr. 2026 and had a very nice time. Dayna is kind and responsive and her place is comfortably furnished and decorated and was in total working order. Parking spaces are directly outside of the entry door, making transfer of items from vehicle to indoors easy. The apartment complex and the neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. We take long walks so for us the biggest benefit of Dayna’s is that it borders Park Springs Park which is connected with Bentonville’s larger network of parks and trails and, walking distance eastward, is connected with the Crystal Bridges museum’s campus, downtown B-ville and the region’s Razorback Greenway. The number of residents and businesses across all of B-ville is ramping up, so there’s a sense of excitement around the community. We explored a fair amount of northwest Arkansas and enjoyed it!

Great Stay!

Dayna is great at responding to any questions or concerns you may have throughout your stay! The area is quiet, and close to an elementary & downtown Bentonville! My stay was pleasant and better yet convenient!! Great for a small family or single person traveling with 1 or no kids! If you like biking/walking there are plenty trails close enough to walk or run the track next to the Sugar Creek Elementary!
