Beware this property

Problem 1: Landlord listed this property as including utilities. After our stay was over and we had moved out, she insisted that we pay $1,550 for utilities for a three-month stay. She didn't say a word about utilities until we'd been moved out for several days and I asked for a return of our deposit, which was $1,500. Refused to return our deposit. Problem 2: She insisted we move out one day early because, despite the fact that we had rented the property through a certain date, she told us she had rented it to someone else for the day before our last day. We moved out a day early.
