best rental experience I have ever had

The property is beautiful inside and out. The unit is comfortable and cozy while still being spacious enough to accommodate various lifestyles. There is lots of natural light and the patio directly outside is a wonderful place to sit in the mornings or during the sunset. The neighborhood is safe, lovely and relaxed. There is virtually no street noise whatsoever. It’s located in a great part of Pleasant Hill, conveniently close to grocery stores, phenomenal restaurants, a movie theater and other entertainment options. The property is also just a short walk from a gorgeous park. The owners are kind, professional and very pleasant to interact with. Although my time at this unit has come to an end, I would happily live there today if I had not taken an opportunity out-of-state. I adored the property, the owners and the neighborhood as a whole and I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone seeking a safe, quiet, comfortable and easy living situation.

The location is also super convenient, with easy parking and close access to parks, restaurants, and anything you might need. Overall, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful, comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot.

Charming Mother-in-law unit!

I had a great experience staying in this mother-in-law unit. The landlords were incredibly kind, attentive, and always quick to respond to anything I needed. Communication was seamless throughout my stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The space itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. There’s a large park within walking distance, which was a huge bonus. The area is also in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants, stores, and easy freeway access. As an added perk, their husky is adorable and such a sweet presence! Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!
