Terrific Property!

I stayed here for 3 months while working as a travel nurse in Sacramento. This apartment is clean and quiet, and I was grateful I found it! It was also very close to Sutter hospital. Pete was wonderful to deal with, and I definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay!!

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment in Sacramento. Pete was an amazing landlord incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Anytime we needed anything, he replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped with all appliances, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was prepared for us upon arrival, and both check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. I stayed here as a travel healthcare worker, and Pete truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I felt well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and well-managed stay in Sacramento. Thanks Pete!!

Clean and convenient

Great place! It's cozy and modern, and has everything you need. Kitchen has got all the essentials, and there's plenty of storage. Plus, being so close to the hospital is super convenient. Highly recommend! Working with Pete has been nothing but a breeze :)
