We rented this house for a construction manager and his family of 5 for work. Stayed for 4 1/2 months we paid for the month of April at the beginning of March (paid 2 months at a time) come April 11 Coy the owner of Humble grounds said we have to be out on the 15th she has it rented for the 18th. Gave us 4 days to find another place we asked for the $1,250 for the last 2 weeks of April that was paid in March she said she has 39 days to return it. After we left on the 15th try to do right she calls and said the mattresses are stained and the house smells says she is keeping the $300 cleaning fee $1,250 deposit and $1,250 of rent that we didn't get to use. $2,800 total do not stay here

Good place with a few problems

The place is nice, recently renovated, and all amenities were included. Landlord also provided a foldable bed for the upstairs loft bedroom. However, the area is sketchy (neighbors got swatted during our stay) and there is very limited street parking. Also, the landlord kept the whole security deposit over minor details of normal use, like blaming us over putting things on an overly fragile kitchen mounted shelf! Overall, do not recommend.
