Perfect for someone that wants to be close to the beach and OB life, but works outside the home. Renters will have access to the original 2 bedroom/1bathroom house. There is an addition that has another bedroom that will be locked off for my use as needed. I live in a separate apt on the property. 3 car driveway as well. Neighborhood overview
OB is a great spot with lots of restaurants, bars, music venues, and street fair on Wednesday nights. Less touristy than other beach towns. Quick Uber ride to Point Loma neighborhood, marinas, and downtown. House is on a hill so great views of the water and sunsets! Close walk to Sunset Cliffs too for epic sunsets, walks, and bike rides!
