Great neighborhood and lots of space

I stayed here for 2 months this summer and had a wonderful time. The area is very safe and walking distance to lakes. Quick drive to restaurants and shopping. Always had plenty of street parking. The unit is very spacious and a true 1BR. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and utensils. AC units kept it cool even though it's a third floor unit. Would recommend for commuters to HCMC - was an easy 10 min drive!!

Gorgeous 1 BR just blocks from Lake Harriet & Bde Maka Ska

This home is an absolute dream! I could not have been happier with my stay at Andy's Lindin Hills home. Just blocks from Minneapolis' Lake Harriet & Bde Maka Ska on the top floor of a newly renovated home - this place has everything you could need. The home itself is gorgeous: freshly painted, tons of natural light (and skylights), a newly remodeled bathroom, an immaculate office area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Not to mention the comfy (giant) sectional couch & bed plus 3 smart TVs: one in the living room, one in the bedroom, and one in the office area. For those who work from home - this office space is a 10/10. Rest assured to those coming to Minnesota, this home does have heat & air conditioning! There is shared laundry & everyone who lives in the building is great. This home is in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It is also very walkable, just blocks from 2 well-known Minneapolis lakes & a cute little downtown area. Andy is an awesome landlord - very kind, responsive, and handy! This was actually the 2nd building I've lived in that Andy owns and both experiences were great. Highly recommend Andy's Linden Hills Luxury Treetop Escape!
