Beautiful property inside and out. Very quiet and private. Close to all amenities with lots of recreation activities within 30 min drive. Hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, camping, bike trails. Owner is quiet and private. 1 dog and 1 cat on property but will not be in rented area. Shopping area just 2 miles away. Lots of hospitals and medical offices within 10 minute drive.

Furnished with Queen bed, 2 dressers, desk, couches, TV, kitchen table. Well behaved cats are welcome. Unfortunately I can't accept dogs.

Friendly, communicative landlord
Cheryln is a fantastic landlord. She (along with her dog and cat!) always made sure I had everything I needed through my 4-month rental. She did a great job of communicating if there were ever issues or concerns. I couldn't have asked for better.
