Summer Intern's Perspective: Modern Home, Great Location, Wonderful Host

Paul was a great Host -- 10/10, no notes! The place looks unreal, but it's EXACTLY like the photos. It's a relatively new build too, so you'd be one of the first occupants. Highlights: * The home is professionally cleaned before you arrive * New appliances and cookware * Attentive Host -- Super responsive (he's very accommodative and respectful) * Quiet suburban neighborhood -- w/ a shopping plaza within a walkable distance * My room had a really grand bathroom countertop w/ tons of space for my items * Palo Alto is very easy to get to from this location. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I'm very lucky to have had Paul as my Host, and I think what I paid is worth the experience and would love to comeback.

Amazingly beautiful home and fantastic host

The house is exactly as advertised! Newly renovated and beautifully decorated. My room was warm and inviting with beautiful artistic decor. All new bedding and towels with an amazing modern bathroom. I love that each of the 3 rooms in the house have their own modern bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all hew high end appliances. Ease of parking was important to me and exceeded my expectations with a driveway for 2 cars and ample street parking. The outdoor deck and patio are beautiful and peaceful with fruit trees and a large open space. The host added brand new deck furniture within days of my arrival. The house feels very safe and secure and is a perfect for longer stays. I could go on about how beautifully appointed the house and outdoor space is, but one of the best things about the property is the amazing host Paul. He consistently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay (and more). Truly the best host I have ever had. Thank you Paul!

A beautiful, comfortable home with an exceptional host

I stayed at this property for several months and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a high-quality mid-term rental near Stanford or the Bay Area. The home is newly renovated and tastefully designed, with thoughtful touches that make it feel warm and welcoming. My private room with its own bathroom was spotless and modern. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Theres also a lovely terrace with sofas and chairs for relaxing. The house is quiet, clean, and safe. Buses to Palo Alto Transit Station are nearby, and a large Mexican supermarket is within walking distance. I biked to Stanford, which worked also very well. Paul, the landlord, is exceptionalreliable, responsive, and genuinely caring. He checked in when I arrived, helped me settle in, and was always available for questions. This truly felt like a home away from home. I had a great experience and would gladly stay again. 5/5.

Exquisite Home & Truly Exceptional Landlord

This was hands down one of the most beautifully decorated and comfortable homes Ive ever stayed in. The space itself is elegant, serene, and immaculately maintained a true sanctuary. Everything felt peaceful, quiet, and completely safe, tucked away in a lovely location thats also super convenient to Stanford. But what truly made this experience outstanding was the landlord. He went above and beyond in every way not just with the property itself, but with his kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness. He helped me with things well outside his responsibilities, simply because he cared. He was always incredibly responsive and respectful, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout my stay. If youre looking for a beautiful, peaceful home with a landlord who truly cares this is the one. Absolutely exceptional in every way.
