warm and welcoming family style home

The landlord is really kind and warm, making you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The apartment gets great natural light and feels very bright. Theres someone who comes regularly to clean, so overall its quite tidy. Since its on the ground floor, you might occasionally spot some ants. At first, I wasnt used to this family-style housing because there are some of the landlords personal belongings in the space, but the landlord is very friendly and we communicated smoothly, so I adapted quickly. Overall, its a comfortable and welcoming place that I would recommend.

You can't ask for more, the location is perfect not just for the community but also with how close it is to all the necessities. Nikos was also always helpful and hospitable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home away from home in the Santa Clara area!

Home away from home!

Lovely place to stay. Nikos made me and my cat feel right at home. He's very attentive, always checking in and would even invite me out for adventures sometimes. The location is central to so many areas and is located in such a beautiful neighborhood. Literally felt like another home.

Nikos' place is beautiful and fully equipped in every way - and you couldn't ask for a better 'landlord'! I very much enjoyed my time there. It's super convenient, near the rose garden and all the freeways, and the local grocery, Zanotto's is an Italian foodies delight. Highly recommend all around
