We stayed in this home for five months, and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better place. The house was cozy, well-kept, and felt like home from the first day. The neighborhood was great too! Quiet, friendly, and close to everything that you would need in MoVal. Anthony was wonderful throughout my stay. He was always easy to reach, genuinely helpful, and clearly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I had a really great experience here, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home.

Anthonys Very First Tenant

I had the pleasure of being Anthonys very first tenant to rent out his property. Hes a very attentive and considerate landlord. I came in with a family of six and four dogs. Hes very animal friendly as long as we made sure to clean up after them. One of the things that my wife and I were able to do was address any issues or improvements for future tenants. By addressing any issues or improvements presented the opportunity to give out the vibe that we felt at home for duration period that we were occupying the property. The inside of the house has a lot of space. The downstairs bedroom made it easy for my mom to not worry about going up and down the stairs along with having a downstairs bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Also, lots of chance for ones own privacy. I would definitely rent from Anthony again if and when the opportunity presents itself.
