Great long term rental

This place is a gem in the heart of James island, close to the beach and closer to MUSC with everything you need right down the street. The until was in great condition, exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you need and more! Ben is a very attentive host who helped with anything I needed immediately. This is a great choice when looking for a long term stay in Charleston and I would have stayed longer if I could!

Perfect Location

I spent three months in this townhouse, and it quickly became home! Upon arrival everything was clean and well furnished, particularly the kitchen, which was great since I usually cook quite a bit and could not bring my own items with me. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable and the view from the master bedroom is peaceful. Ben was quick to respond if and when there were any issues. Some wasps had decided to start a nest during my time here and he came in to take care of them promptly. The location was also perfect for me since it was close to work and fairly equidistant to the beach, West Ashley, and downtown Charleston.

Great stay

Bens place was quiet and clean and close proximity to downtown and folly beach. The back patio was nice to have coffee on. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. Would stay here again!
