Clean apartment. Efficient landlord

Sam is a responsive landlord and respects your privacy. He will notify by you before walking inside the apartment if he has to take care of something. The apartment doesnt need a lot of repairs. Its neatly renovated. The location is close to University, amtrak station, grocery store, and there is no time limit on the street parking from where the apartment is. Never had issues with parking even during the snow storm. Stayed for 5 months! Will definitely go back to this apartment should a contract come up again.

The space was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local amenities. Would recommend!

Highly recommend!

The location is great with walkable access to groceries and restaurants and only a short 2 minute drive to Johns Hopkins. The host, S, is very helpful and responsive. The space feels much larger than pictures due to very high, lofted ceilings and abundant natural light. Having a washer and dryer is clutch! I would highly recommend this location and would rent here again without hesitation.
