We are located in the middle of a quiet street, with quiet neighbors on either side. The house is very cozy and peaceful, with several quiet areas to sit and read, work, write, etc. The townhome has everything you need to have a cozy, comfortable stay. We have a kiva fireplace in the den to make the chilly nights extra cozy (though our heat works very well, as does a/c in the warmer months).

Our cozy townhome is the perfect retreat after a long workday. There's a kiva fireplace in the den for those chilly nights, and a nice little backyard with deck and patio seating for 6. Our kitchen is fully-equipped so you can make your meals, and there's a large dining table and a two-seat kitchen counter for you to enjoy them. Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is quiet, consisting of townhomes and some apartment buildings. It is right near a golf course that has a little grill/bar that is open to the public, you can go and sit on the patio and listen to bands in the spring/summer/fall. Great place to stay!
Easy to get to UNM as a travel nurse. Safe location with many restaurants and shopping places close by. Leigh is amazing to work with and very easy to get in contact with. Definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy and Private
This house is very cute and cozy and an excellent location - if you're a travel nurse, it's 11 minutes to get to either UNM or Lovelace downtown. The decorations are very cozy and very pretty and unique. There was a doggy door which was very convenient for my little dog, who also loved her stay here. The washer and dryer worked well, dishwasher worked, all appliances were in good working order. The area was safe enough for me to walk my dog during the day and nearby is the Ladera golf course which is very pretty. The yard is fully fenced with a privacy fence so you can fully enjoy your time outside. Leigh is available anytime you need anything, and was very accommodating and respectful of privacy. I had a very good experience staying here.
