Great condo, great landlord, great neighborhood
Renting this condo from the Randy has been a great experience! The location is fantastic, close to plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and easy access to travel and the airport. The complex is quiet, with everybody being friendly and polite. The golf course has a running / walking path that is fantastic. The condo is well decorated, and feels very comfortable and bright. The deck is great, and the pool is a 60sec walk. The gym is small but functional. Communication with Randy has been incredible, with immediate replies to any needs or concerns. I would 100% recommend staying / renting here!
