summerlin spring
This home had everything we could need as far as dishes, cooking gadgets, linens, comfortable furniture indoors and out. A beautiful backyard, 5 minutes to a gym and grocery store and two walking trails basically across the street. The hosts were very responsive with any questions and sent new batteries next day when the door keypad was getting low. We would've stayed longer if we could and would definitely return!

Truly an oasis!
We stayed here for a month to escape the Idaho winter and visit family. This home was in a great location for us, and is near several walking trails. Traffic is light and everything we needed was close. Konstantin and Nadia have equipped the kitchen and home beautifully. The pool isn't used in winter but the adjoining spa can be heated and it was a real luxury. We had one plumbing issue that was attended to promptly. We definitely want to stay here next winter.
