Updated 2-Bedroom Fairbanks Flat

Less than ideal for long term rentals.

Pros: -Great neighborhood -Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and outdoor recreational activities -Pet friendly option in the area Cons: -Unit is one part of a triplex and closer to 900 sq ft at best. -Price for the unit is astonishing for limited space, lack of quality of the furniture, and limited amount of supplies that was provided. We requested a vacuum due to there being rugs inside, and were given a swifer instead. -Had to obtain a fan for white noise due to being awaken by the neighbors baby and/or dog in the middle of the night. -Unit can get warm during the summer months, especially factoring in cooking or doing laundry. *Additionally, we have been traveling and using furnished finders for 4 years now and this was the first time a landlord did not give us priority when extending our work contract, putting us in a situation to have to find housing for the remainder of our contract extension.
