Nice place for my student teaching

This apartment fit my needs for a two month student teaching experience. Jessica was responsive to my requests. Close to restaurants and the hospital.

i stayed here while completing my travel contract in lone tree. it was a super cute spot & i really enjoyed my stay! the neighborhood felt safe. jess is an amazing landlord as well :)

Great for my transition!

What a great find! I needed a quiet place to stay for a month while I wrapped up the final stage of onsite job interviews and onboarding, as well as visiting some old friends. I enjoyed my stay at Jessea's apartmentit felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a kitchen that had everything I needed to cook for myself, and a washer and dryer for my laundry. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. Most of all, the host was wonderful-her communication was always timely, helpful, and she responded quickly whenever I had a question. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay.

Digital Nomad Choice

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The space was perfect for me and my large dog, cozy but comfortable, and Id say best suited for one or two people max. The neighborhood was a highlight: very walkable with plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience shops nearby. Its a mostly residential area, quiet overall, and located just across the street from a hospital. The provided parking is a nice perk, though it can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. Free street parking is always available. The host was communicative, helpful, and transparent throughout the stay, which made everything smooth. Id definitely recommend this spot for a mid- to long-term stay in the area.

Great spot!

Like others have said I wish I could give 6 stars! I had the pleasure of staying here for 9 months; it is a great location close to hospitals and it is bright and cozy as advertised. Wenjie is a fantastic host, quick to respond if any issues arose they were quick to rectify the issue. If I ever come back to Denver for work this would be my place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay

Everything worked out every well. Smooth communication and comfortable space. My parking stall was a bit tight due to the neighbor's car being a large truck, and the host was quick to communicate and coordinate with the neighboring resident to allow more space for my parking area. There is also resident permit on the street that the host helped me to get (Free of charge) for my family when they came to visit me. All in all, a 6-star experience! I would give it a higher rating if more stars were an option.

Great experience!

We were lucky to find this rental within walking distance to Craig Hospital where our son was a patient. Being pet friendly was also very important since we would be living there for several months and wanted to have them with us. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience

We had an excellent experience at this property. Owner was very responsive to any issues that arose. Not that there were many. The unit itself was very comfortable and came stocked with plenty of amenities. Excellent location for Swedish and Porter. Super fast internet as well. Definitely recommend staying here.

I am a traveling nurse, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a traveling working professional. Everything went smoothly and the area is very safe It feels like home-away-from-home for me.

if only 6-star is an option.. I am a digital nomad and have stayed in many places around the world. Wenjie's place stands out as one of the top accommodation experiences I have ever had. The Wifi is stable and super fast, which is important for my job. The apartment is in excellent condition with a calming atmosphere, and the neighborhood is great. Wenjie and her team are very helpful with all my needs and questions throughout the stay!

We loved everything about this place! Thanks for such a peaceful and easy stay. My pup was in heavenits so rare to find somewhere thats this pet-friendly and welcoming. The fenced dog run was so thoughtfully designed and spacious. The gated courtyard made us feel really safe and cozy. Everything worked smoothly and the WiFi was super fast. It honestly felt like a home away from home!

A wonderful modern and art deco home

This is an inspiring and beautifully restored building that has the elegance of both midcentury modern and art deco architecture. The owner has given precise attention to the aesthetic details of paint, furnishings, and accessibility. The build and unit are maintained with impeccable cleanliness. It inspired my soul. All the amenities for a pleasant and efficient stay are provided. Also, the cafes, shops, and stores within walking distance provide a beautiful downtown experience. The landlord is remarkably helpful and responsive. I unequivocally recommend this lodging.

Very nice apartment in a very good location. We had a nice stay and appreciated all the amenities. The landlord is very responsive and wants guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable rental experience. We will definitely return for our next stay in Denver!

Perfect Home Base in Englewood!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in Englewood, Colorado! The washer and dryer access made life so convenient, and the living room was spacious and perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was cozy and inviting, while the full kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The location is unbeatableclose to the hospital, fantastic restaurants, and just a 15-minute drive to both Red Rocks and downtown Denver.
