A perfect rental!

I stayed in this spot for ~8 months with absolutely zero complaints! From the get go I realized Troy furnished this place with things that truly make it feel like a home. High quality furnishings in a great quiet area really puts this place on another tier. Cannot recommend enough!

Such a gem

I had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful property from April - August of 2025! It exceeded my expectations. All of the appliances in the kitchen along with the washer and dryer were new and clean. The mid century modern vibe was so fun and homey. Troy was easy to communicate with and very kind! Would highly recommend staying here if you like living near Wash Park and S Broadway. Love this location as it's so central to everything in the city.

Excellent long term rental!

I stayed at this property for over 3 months during my travel nurse contract and absolutely loved it! It was very clean and had all the things you would possibly need to cook, clean, etc! Troy was a great landlord to work with, very easy to communicate with. Location was also very safe and easily walkable to restaurants, parks, and grocery stores.
