Absolutely wonderful landlord with a very private, quiet place

Moved in here mid-November 2024 and lease is up in April 2025 (it only let me choose the current date for the purpose of this review) after I move on to my next personal and professional adventure. As their first tenant at Unit B, I have been able to enjoy this fresh property. Whoever gets it after me will have new linens, rugs, and most kitchenware as I had my own already. Sara and Matt are very communicative, organized, and on top of any fixes that need to be made (minor washer for the shower knob so it doesn't drip). The shower is quite small so easy to contribute to drought-saving measures. Lovely kitchen, long couch, new TV, most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, and minisplits in the livingroom and bedroom. The best part about this place: LOCATION! Across from a spacious park yet surrounded by all of the hospitals within a 3-5 minute walk, it is also one of the safest parts of town that is nestled in the middle of UNM, CNM, downtown, and Nob Hill. Anyone who snatches up this place will enjoy the best that ABQ has to offer without even needing a vehicle, although there is ample street parking if you do have one.
