Sunset Views

I stayed here from 11/2024 - 7/2025 while working under contract at a nearby hospital. The place is exactly as pictured. Amazing view of the front range with epic sunsets. Karl was super responsive and a great landlord to deal with. The parking spot out front was really nice to have as well. Location is great with quite a bit of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Great apartment, amazing view

My fianc and I stayed here for a month and it was perfect for the two of us. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay including both a desk for working from home and a great surround sound system for relaxing after work. The building is safe and quiet and located close to I-70 so getting around town and into the mountains is very easy. We loved the little park right next to the building for midday walks and spent a lot of time sitting on the porch watching the sun set over the mountains. We would definitely stay here again!
