Cozy and Welcoming

We were originally supposed to stay here for 6 weeks but ended up staying for 3 months! Cara is one of the best landlords I've had. She is very responsive and took great care of us! As for the property, this place was very cozy and nice. Everything was well taken care of and the neighborhood felt safe. The neighbors were the best part of the stay. Very welcoming and friendly. We definitely made some friends (including furry ones) that we will stay in touch with. Can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful spot, location and people

Stayed for 2 months. They were incredibly accommodating. There is parking for a normal car, and storage (both bonus to me)! The spot was very clean and had everything I needed for a 2 month stay. They changed the locks for me so they knew I was safe. Neighbors were great and lovely people. Everyone was respectful and no dogs barking for long periods. Easy to pay, easy move in and move out. Could ask for a better spot and I will absolutely stay again when I'm back in Salt Lake City.

Awesome rental

Stayed here while on a travel nurse contract. Amazing experience with landlord. Cute 1 bedroom with all the necessities. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Neighboor's were quiet and nice. Best part they were welcoming to my dog that travels with me! Very close to sugarhouse park/area with an amazing park and lots of restaurants/stores. Trader Joe's is within walking distance! Easy access to highway to get up to park city for skiing. Very good experience, would rent again if I travel back to Salt Lake City!

Great place

Stayed here summer 2024. Loved the apartment. It has a great location. It was perfect, clean, nice kitchen, covered parking. We walked everywhere when we were there. Would definitely stay again next time we go to Utah
