Would avoid

The place itself was nice enough, but be aware that electricity is billed separately and is not negligible. For instance, I ended up paying over $300 in September. This seemed absurd to me for a ~600 sqft apartment, maybe poor insulation or something. I thought it was me charging my car, but I checked and that explained less than 10% of it. Also landlord is generally uncommunicative, for example it took over 6 weeks after lease ended to get this all sorted out.
