Dream Home
Everything about this condo is great - we loved the open concept and beautiful furnishings. We enjoyed being "tucked away" while being walking distance to transit. Extra bonus having a dedicated parking space. The condo complex was quiet and all neighbors were friendly. Although the laundry is shared within the tri-plex, we never had issues with waiting. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. This was a special and unique furnished finder rental to us. Our pup even loved the home. If you do have a pet be sure to keep them on a lease at all times as there are coyotes near the property. We never had an issue but we did always use a leash. As the most recent guest, we had no issues navigating the AC. It kept us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Sarah is thorough but one of the sweetest landlords we had. We especially appreciate her promptness, professionalism and follow through. If we're ever in Seattle again, we would 100% hope to return to this property.

Nice stay
Sarah is a responsive host. Took care of any issues promptly. The condo is compact but comfortable and pleasant. One enclosed bedroom, one loft-style bedroom. Location was convenient and close to Interstate 5. No comfortable couch for TV watching, just a loveseat, which may be an issue for some, and because of its two-story open design, heat was an issue during colder months. A ceiling fan above stairs would push heat down and help distribute it better. Removing some unnecessary furniture would open up the space a bit.
