New Modern Private Casita with High End Finishes

Comfortable and Quiet

I had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was clean and has everything you need, and the location was perfect. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay!

Calm Casita Stay

Staying at this families casita was great. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly caring, generous, and responsive. Their kindness truly shined when they rented me one of their cars for my commute; even when an incident occurred, they remained supportive, flexible, and understanding. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and located within a safe, inviting gated community. The space features a private entrance and a fantastic kitchen. For those who enjoy staying active, the neighborhood offers wonderful walking paths, lakes, parks, and tennis courts. Logistically, a car is necessary. It is a quick 8-minute drive to Brentwood. Other grocery stores (Trader Joe’s/Sprouts) and the BART station are about 15–25 minutes away. A helpful tip: if using Uber, book the night before to avoid morning cancellations. I am so grateful for this warm, welcoming environment and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Comfortable in-law suite

It was quite a comfortable stay, felt very private and easygoing. The owners of the property were quite friendly. As well, it had a great kitchen. A car is needed to stay here (due to the community being remote), but there are plenty of guest parking lots.

Fabulous Casitas

I had a wonderful 2-month stay at this Casita. The convenient location in a gated community was a bonus for me. The apartment was spotless with beautiful decor and amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped high-end kitchen and laundry. The bathroom was luxurious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was a true home away from home. The host was outstanding, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the warm welcome I received that lasted throughout my stay. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful with wonderful park space and walking paths nearby. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay, and one that you will enjoy returning to.
