It wasn't a good experience for us in this home, I'd definitely recommend continuing your search before you settle here. We stayed for a period of 2 months and felt like that was too long. The house needs renovations and is not "ALL NEW" as stated on the description. It's not spacious, it's very tight. The bathroom door wouldn't close for us, the bathroom tub was severly chipped. You couldn't take a shower without the drain getting clogged because of the chips coming off, hopefully that's been fixed for the sake of the new renters. The furniture and bedrooms are not luxurious, either.
