Brand new one bedroom

10/10 experience easily!

I stayed here for a full year and genuinely had such a great experience! I truly have no complaints. Jon was an amazing landlordkind, responsive, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever I needed anything. He really made my time living here stress free, which I appreciated so much. The space itself was perfect for one person. It was comfortable, had everything I needed, and was such a great place to call home while I was in school. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better living situation during such a busy year. I would absolutely recommend both the property and Jon to anyone considering staying here. 10/10 experience, easily!

Great Unit in Santa Maria

I couldnt recommend this unit more! I enjoyed staying here for 6 months while working in the area. The unit is brand new, clean, comfortable, and contained all that I needed. Theres a private entrance, full kitchen, washer and dryer, smart TV, and a parking spot in the driveway. Its located only one mile from Marian Regional Medical Center and Mission Hope Cancer Center. Jon is a wonderful landlord and responded to all of my requests right away!
