Loved our time here

My husband, dog and I loved staying here for 3.5 months. Things we loved include: - layout of kitchen and living room - deck facing the ocean - lots of big windows that provided LOTS of natural light! - location to the beach Initially we were a little worried about parking because it was all off street parking near the beach, but we had no issues finding parking spots. Behrood and her husband were great! They were very responsive and proactive letting us know important information in a timely manner. We hope to stay here again in the future!!

All the stars ! Dream Beach Condo

I cannot say enough nice things about this condo. I came here as a travel nurse for an assignment, but this felt much more like a vacation to me than work, due to my accommodations. I dont think I could possibly have been more fortunate to have found a place right in La Jolla (the most beautiful neighborhood in San Diego), and only one block from the famous Windsansea Beach! Behrood was an absolutely amazing host as well, and her excellent communication and hosting skills made my stay completely stress-free. As the first tenant after a remodel, I thoroughly enjoyed every detail of the home as much as I did its amazing location. With plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathroom, I was able to keep all of my things tucked neatly away and enjoy every detail of this beautifully remodeled home. The bed and the convertible sofa in the living room were both extremely comfortable, allowing plenty of room for family and friends to visit Which they did, and often! The location is absolutely perfect and I had no shortage of people wanting to visit as a result. I absolutely loved the back patio overlooking the Pacific, where I often watched the sunset if I wasnt taking the provided beach chairs and umbrella down the block to watch it from the sand. The living room and kitchen area is bordered by floor to ceiling windows, allowing views of the beautifully landscaped courtyard, and the hills of La Jolla. I adore this neighborhood and spent many afternoons and evenings walking to and from the beach, or around the neighborhood admiring all the beautiful homes and impeccable landscaping. There was no shortage of amazing restaurants, sites to see, etc.. Given the opportunity, I will absolutely be back to stay here again. It pains me to leave this behind, but I am so thankful that I found this place and Behrood and I will treasure this experience always . I would give Behrood more than five stars if I could, and 100% recommend this property
