wonderful home!
The home is beautiful, quiet, and offers stunning sunsets. Shawn and Kari are wonderful landlords who are very good with communication, sweet, and understanding. Here are some things to keep in mind: - The unit is about 22-30 minutes (no traffic) to 45 minutes (with traffic) in the AM to the Presidio and 15 minutes from Salinas Valley Hospital in the afternoons. - The area is gorgeous and in country, but theres little to no signal. The unit has good wifi, but it can be spotty due to weather. - Theres an upstairs neighbor who isnt there very often, but you can sometimes hear footsteps. - Deer, wild turkey, horses, and other wildlife are in the area, and they can be nice to see but sometimes sound creepy at night. It was wonderful staying there, and it was painful to leave "my" first little home in Monterey. Ill definitely consider moving back if I ever return to the area.
