Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay here! From the moment I arrived, Lauren and Matt made everything smooth and welcoming. Their home clean, comfortable and spacious. Communication was always quick, clear, and always very responsive if I needed anything. They are super kind, respectful, friendly and accommodating. The patio is super nice and relaxing with a view of their beautiful garden and some mountains. The location is perfect a quiet neighborhood and situated right between Green Mountain and Bear Creek Lake.

The Perfect One-Bedroom Apartment

I had the pleasure of renting from Lauren and Matt, and I cant recommend them or their basement apartment highly enough. Lauren and Matt are two of the kindest, most accommodating landlords youll ever meetalways responsive, respectful, and genuinely invested in making their tenants feel at home. Its rare to find landlords who care this much, and they went above and beyond in every way. Their basement apartment is beautiful and well-kept, located in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. Its perfectly situated to offer the best of both worlds: just 15 minutes from the city and 15 minutes from Red Rocks, so you can easily escape to nature or enjoy city life whenever you like. This home truly offers an ideal balance, with Lauren and Matt making the experience that much better. If youre looking for a wonderful place to live with amazing landlords, I cant recommend this place enough!
