Small and cozy

I had a really great experience staying here. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel welcoming right away. The furniture was well-maintained and added to the overall cozy atmosphere. Everything I needed was easily available, and the space felt both functional and relaxing. What stood out most was how smooth and hassle-free the entire stay was. The attention to detail and care put into the setup really made a difference. Its clear that a lot of effort goes into ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay, and Id be happy to come back again in the future.

Renting from Shawna was a great experience! She was very quick to respond and provide a solution for any issues that arose during my time there. Entering through the lower unit felt safe and secure with the automatic lights and privacy fence. I truly think the location is the best part- it is within 5 minutes of downtown West Asheville, which hosts a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and shops!

Perfect Home Away from Home

Shawna is the best landlord. Shes very fast with her responses and very accommodating if there is a problem. She was quick to fix any issue that came up including bringing a mini fridge to use when the freezer stopped working temporarily. She maintains the property and makes sure the grass is cut and added a picnic table in the yard. She is easy to talk to and very sociable so I never felt uncomfortable to reach out. Overall, my experience here was fantastic. West Asheville was the perfect location to be for my assignment. It was close to everything and easy to get around. I cant wait to rent from Shawna again soon!

Shawna met me in person to show me the place, which was very kind of her. We ended up chatting for a whileshes an easy person to talk to. During my stay, her communication was excellent, and she was very flexible with my check-out, which I really appreciated. The property had everything I needed for a quiet space to do some writing, and its only a short drive to West Asheville, where there are plenty of restaurants and fun things to explore. I loved the little market down there for groceries, and I also enjoyed attending yoga classes at the community studio and using the sauna house for a refreshing cold plunge. I truly enjoyed my time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect apartment for working adult

I stayed in this cozy apartment for a couple months while working out of town on a contract. I worked at night. The place is very quant, quiet and cozy. I had everything I needed. I was able to sleep well. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. The parking was easy. It's easy to get in and out and it's near a lot of stores and restaurants. The full kitchen made it convenient to cook and eat a lot of the things I like to eat on a daily basis. I also was able to get out on my limited time off to explore the area. There is a lot of things to see and do in and near Asheville. I really enjoyed my time in Asheville and in this comfortable apartment.
