Country home near Cornell University

Lovely!!!

The owners are so sweet!! The property is amazing. It backs up to stream which was dry until the rains came. We had a resident Groundhog that I saw every morning while having my coffee on the deck just outside the kitchen. Passing through the yard....wild turkey and her babies, a Doe with 2 fawns. My grandkids and I picked wild berries that line the property. Now for the not so amazing part. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is not comfortable at all...and noisy!!! The step at the entrance/exit from the kitchen needs to be extended. It is very short and when you come out that door you have to really pay attention otherwise you will fall off the step. The pictures show a dinning room table but there was not one there when we stayed. Only about 15 minutes from downtown Ithaca, beautiful neighborhood. In in all a good experience.:)
