Absolutely Enjoyed My Stay

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It had everything I needed and was fully stocked with pretty much anything you could think of, you really don't need to bring anything with you. The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment, which gave me much more space than I needed. I'm a Travel Nurse and I felt safe in the apartment and area. Mr. Syed was a great landlord. He responded quickly to messages and made my stay much easier. Anytime I needed anything, he handled it fast. The location was also very convenient, only about a 4-minute drive to Atrium Pineville hospital, and around 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte depending on traffic. I really enjoyed staying here, and I would definitely rent it again if I come back to Charlotte.

The apartment may not be new, but its very nice and cozy. Muhammad is friendly and quick to respond. I had a great time staying there.

Nice place, some updates, good area

Nice partially updated rental in a good part of town. Older complex. Very friendly and responsive landlord. I stayed there three months and didn't have any issues. Muhammand was always very helpful.

Refused to give deposit back - Illegally charged me for a Service Animal

I would not recommend renting from this landlord under any circumstances. The unit was in horrible condition when I moved inthere was visible mold, bugs, and an overwhelming lack of cleanliness. I brought this to the landlords attention immediately, and while he acknowledged the issues, he failed to address them properly. He also assured me that I would not be charged a cleaning fee upon move-out due to the initial state of the unitbut later went back on his word. He illegally charged me for having a service animal, which is a clear violation of federal housing laws. Despite multiple requests, he refused to refund my deposit and became increasingly evasive and sketchy in communication. To make matters worse, he never fixed the broken dishwasher, even though it was non-functional from day one. This was one of the worst rental experiences Ive had. Save yourself the stress and moneylook elsewhere.
