Great place

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The house is comfortable and just feels easy to settle into. It’s been well maintained, and I haven’t had any real issues while being here. The area is nice and quiet too, which I appreciate a lot. It’s a good spot if you just want some peace and a place that feels like home. Kortney has been great to rent from. He’s easy to talk to, responds when needed, and overall just makes things simple. You can tell he cares about the property and the people living in it. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.

Great Experience

I stayed at this place for the summer and had a great experience! The house was comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was super friendly, responsive, and took care of any issues quickly. We even had fun chats along the way, which made the whole stay feel even more welcoming. I really appreciated how easy and relaxed everything was. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience!

I had an amazing stay here for two months during my clinical rotations in Orlando, Florida. Kourtney was a phenomenal host. The space is tidy (Including the bathroom!!) and located in a safe neighborhood. You get a lock on your bedroom door and a keypad lock on the main door so you do not need to worry about a set of keys. The amenities are great: a separate refrigerator, in unit washer/dryer, nice kitchen utensils/pots&pans, TV in your room, easy parking, etc. I had no issues during my 2 month stay, and highly recommend staying here.
