Roach infestation

Do not book this property unless you’re okay dealing with roaches. We stayed here for work and the home had a serious roach infestation that got worse over time. Roaches were getting into clean dishes and throughout the kitchen, which made it uncomfortable and honestly unsanitary to live in. We notified the host, but the issue was never actually resolved. An exterminator came and products were provided, but it clearly did not fix the problem. On top of that, the communication became dismissive and unhelpful, which made an already bad situation worse. With our work schedule, relocating on short notice wasn’t realistic, so we had to deal with conditions we did not sign up for. If you’re considering booking, I strongly recommend you think twice or confirm that this issue has truly been handled—because our experience was far from acceptable.

Based on your decision to stay in the property, a licensed technician was dispatched the same day, and treatment was completed. I checked with you, and you reported that everything had gone well and started that the technician said everything was ok. When a follow-up service visit was scheduled at your request, the technician reported that they were unable to access the property because there was no answer at the door during the appointment window. Even so, I continued trying to assist and remained available throughout your stay. I understand how frustrating any issue can be, especially during an extended stay, and I regret that your experience did not meet expectations. However, I do want to clarify that every concern raised was responded to in a timely manner, with multiple efforts made to resolve the situation.
