Roach infestation

Do not book this property unless you’re okay dealing with roaches. We stayed here for work and the home had a serious roach infestation that got worse over time. Roaches were getting into clean dishes and throughout the kitchen, which made it uncomfortable and honestly unsanitary to live in. We notified the host, but the issue was never actually resolved. An exterminator came and products were provided, but it clearly did not fix the problem. On top of that, the communication became dismissive and unhelpful, which made an already bad situation worse. With our work schedule, relocating on short notice wasn’t realistic, so we had to deal with conditions we did not sign up for. If you’re considering booking, I strongly recommend you think twice or confirm that this issue has truly been handled—because our experience was far from acceptable.
