Selene and Ralph are incredible hosts! They went out of their way to make sure everything was as advertised. Privacy, comfort, and the location can't be beat. I highly recommend these properties!

Home away from home!!

I stayed with Selene and Ralph for ten months with my two cats and they were fantastic host! You are treated with respect and kindness and I couldn’t have asked for a better host family! They really did become apart of my (Denver) family! The kitchenette is all you really need and they provide all the proper appliances and utensils. The shower is phenomenal with good bathroom space The master closet is great and if you need more space there is a dresser and drawers galore. If I couldn’t stayed in Denver forever I wouldn’t. Don’t sleep on this amazing property!

Beautiful property and amazing hosts

I stayed here for 5 months with my dog, Cosmo. Selene and Ralph were amazing hosts/ landlords. They were friendly, easy going, and were quick to fix any minor issues during my stay . The apartment was beautiful and had everything I could possibly need, new appliances, enough sheets and towels for myself and guests. I felt safe in the neighborhood walking my dog early morning or after my shift ended at 8pm. I only have positive things to say about Selene, Ralph, and this property. It is located in a central area, about 10-15 minutes from RINO and other key point areas. Within a 5 minute drive, there were supermarkets, pharmacies, walmart, etc. City Park was a 8 minute drive, which made it ideal for morning runs etc. Selene and Ralph are amazing and super sweet. They ensured I was safe at all times and respected my privacy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially any solo female travelers, as I felt super safe here.
