2 bdrm condo 2 blocks from groceries, gas and more

Lovely Place and Landlord!

Joan Is a great landlord. She's always there for anything you need and makes everything so accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay and our conversations! If you're looking for an extremely comfortable two-bedroom with a porch and everything is like in new condition, then look no further Joan's property is just fantastic! Great upscale location!

convenient first floor access in a quiet neighborhood

The condo faces north-south so there's no strong sunlight penetrating the windows, which keeps the space on the cooler side. The internet connection is strong and reliable. The neighborhood is quiet, it feels safe, and has an extremely convenient shopping center right across the street. Joan is readily available, responsive to needs, and eager to share suggestions if you're looking for something to do while you're in town.

Great!

Joan is always on top of it and very accommodating! She went out of her way to get anything we may need/ communicate with us. The apartment has a ton of storage and gets good light (there are blackout curtains for night shift). Full functioning kitchen and large bathroom. Would recommend the stay!

FOCO stay

Joan is great as a landlord. She does everything to make sure that your stay is wonderful. The condo is centrally located which makes it easier to get around the area.
