Perfect location. Perfect townhouse. Everything was new and very clean. Close to the hospital contract I was working. Restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store and other shopping needs within a few miles away. Very spacious. No a/c on first level of house so that level got rather warm the closer to spring/summer. Otherwise the perfect stay.

Great location for a fair price

I absolutely loved staying at this FF. It's in a great location, close to the highway, close to green lake/ballard/ fremont, lightrail and downtown. Maple leaf reservoir park is super close and has views of the cascades to the east and Rainer. Daily needs shopping within a 5 min drive include target, shopping mall, qfc, and safeway. The home itself is comfortable, stylish and modern. I had the master bedroom and I got the best sleep of my life in that bed. Ken was a great landlord and was very prompt to answer any of our questions and concerns. Rooftop was nice in the summer as well

Gorgeous townhouse!

I stayed in this apartment for 8 months with a roommate and it was so nice. Everything is brand new, great quality, and a quiet area near family friendly parks. Ken was very easy to get ahold of, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and the place was meeting our needs. I highly recommend to other healthcare travelers, it was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful home in a great walkable neighborhood!

Such a beautiful location right in the middle of so many great places to walk to including cafes, restaurants, and the park! The home itself is amazing with all its windows, great lighting, and simple yet high quality design. Highly recommended!
